00:00Careful preparation is key at this point.

Do a little whole bow practice as a warm up. Remember to avoid using the lower 3rd of the bow (nearest your hand) just for the moment.

Focus on maintaining the bow about an inch away from the bridge.

Then work on the Student's Tracks until you are reasonably confident. Then try out the duets.

If you need to keep working with just the Student's Tracks then do so until the duets start to work for you.

Sometimes you want things to work so well that a little tension can creep in which will affect the tone of the bow. Just remember to keep your bowing hand and arm as relaxed as you can. It really will improve things.
